Practical notes, before you run.
Who goes first
We see the sickest animal first, not the earliest arrival. Bleeding, breathing trouble, seizures and suspected poisoning go straight through.
What to bring
Any medicines your pet takes, the vaccine card, and the packet or plant if you think they ate something.
Overnight stays
If your pet needs to stay, the ward is priced separately from R$ 690 a night, with a written estimate first.
Deposits
None for the consult. Overnight stays ask for half the estimate at admission.
